Can I use the same forms for the Tablet as well as the Digital Pen?
Yes. The same forms can be used for in either application allowing you to deploy the right solution based on the user, application or environment.

 
Can I have a multipage form?
Yes. You change pages the same way you flip the pages in a book

Can different users have access to different forms?
Yes. Based on the user’s login they are presented with the form they are authorized to use so there is no need to track Tablets and Users. This makes sharing Tablets with people who work different shifts or in cases of emergency like first responders every efficient.
 
Will the data and forms be sent to a central location?
Yes. The data and forms from all users is sent directly to the Digital Writing processing server and can be integrated directly into your businesses workflow and backend systems.
 
Can you send multiple forms at the same time?
Yes. You can fill out different forms and when finished send all of them in for processing at the same time.

How are the forms transmitted from the Tablet?
Using the Tablets WIFI connection your forms are transmitted over a secured connection back to the server.
 
What happens if I don’t have a connection?
You can work offline collecting and processing forms with all the functionality as being online. When your connection is reestablished, you can send all forms in for processing.
 
Is the data Secure?
naturalFORMS utilizes a highly secured platform with a Roles Based model to regulate users access and privileges. Multi-level password protection restricts access to captured data and images.
 
Can I capture signatures and initials on any form.

Can I have mandatory fields?
Yes. Mandatory fields are clearly outlined in RED. The system also communicated with the user informing them what fields of data are missing along with other messages to increase efficiency.
 
Will it correct spelling errors?
Yes. The system has word recognition (Spell Checking) to aid in handwriting interpretation. Additionally, you can add custom dictionaries for industry specific words, acronyms and abbreviations.
